Job Overview

To manage the deployment of armed response vehicles and assist with responding to alarm activations as well as the operational functioning of a shift.

Requirements: Qualifications and Experience

  • PSIRA Registered (Ensure your Certificate is attached as PDF)
  • Fluent in English (Able to Read, Speak and Write at First Language level – You will be speaking to clients and ALL work is done in English on computer)
  • Experience working in a control room within the security industry (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience using CCTV (Video Management Systems), alarm and OB’s software
  • Alarm Monitoring Experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Able to work shift work (Monday to Sunday. Day and Night Shifts included)
  • Be a South African Citizen with a valid ID document (Attached in your application)
  • Experience in MS Word, Outlook and intermediate PC literacy and typing skills. Typing and call taking will be evaluated during the interview process.
  • Submitting an up-to-date CV that is in sequence, listing current and past positions held
