On 3 December at 03:25, the Deep Blue CCTV control room identified a suspicious person opening a car door near Main Road, Hout bay.
2 Armed response vehicles were dispatched. The client was notified and reported nothing had been stolen, client moved the vehicle to safety.
The same day at 19:56, Deep Blue armed response reported 4 suspects had stolen goods from a shop on Victoria Avenue. They had been in pursuit of the suspect with one of the staff members of the shop and apprehended all of them. Suspects were handed over to SAPS for further investigation.
On 8 December at 05:53, Deep Blue armed response apprehended suspects with stolen, after they had questioned and identified the property. The suspects and stolen goods were handed over to SAPS.
On the same day, the Deep Blue CCTV control room noticed two suspicious males walking down Payne Road with a lawn mower and started to follow them via multiple CCTV cameras. 2 Armed response vehicles was dispatched and both suspect was apprehended in Main road and all the stolen goods on them recovered. Both was handed over to SAPS.
On 19 December, the Deep Blue CCTV control identified two suspicious persons walking up Mountain street. As one of them entered a resident’s driveway, 3 armed response vehicles were dispatched. The 2 suspects were found and apprehended. Upon being searched, knives and tools that could be used for criminal intent were found on them. The armed response contacted SAPS and handed them and them over for further investigation.
